  • Official founding date for Shingan Dojo (training sessions at CSS Unirea, Iasi - RO)

We established Shingan Dojo - Iasi in January 2005, willing to discover and learn the martial art of the ancient Japanese warriors, as teach nowadays by Soke Masaaki Hatsumi in Noda, Japan.

In a continuous attempt to improve the level of our Ninjutsu practice, we participate at various martial arts seminars in Romania or in other countries, from France, Germany, Serbia or Slovenia.

We also traveled for training in Japan, real immersions in the historical cradle of Ninjutsu, where we had the opportunity to meet, work and learn from the major figures of the Bujinkan organization: Sensei Someya Kenichi, Sensei Tetsuji Ishizuka and Soke Masaaki Hatsumi.

Shin Gan, "eye of the spirit"

Our dojo's name translates as "spirit's eye" (from shin: heart, spirit, mind and gan: eye, vision). Shingan Dojo, the dojo of the eye of spirit or the dojo of the third eye, is a phrase that reflects our constant concern to deepen the discipline of Ninjutsu, tending to the spiritual depths of the martial practice.
