What is Ninjutsu?A truly traditional (classical) Japanese martial art: unlike the modern "Do"s , Ninjutsu appeared during the Japanese feudal wars from Kamakura period (XII - XIV cent.) and was transmitted through Japanese history until nowadays. A complex and complete martial discipline: we are studying techniques virtually covering all Japanese feudal military arsenal: unarmed combat (taijutsu), in armor (yoroi), sword (kenjutsu), knife (tanto), stick (hanbo, bo, jo), spear (yari), halberd (naginata), weighted chain (kusari fundo) and other specific weapons (shuko, jutte, kunai, shuriken, etc). A martial discipline built on clear historical landmarks, a real opportunity to deepen your knowledge on various elements of Japanese traditional culture and history. |
About Shingan DojoAt Shingan Dojo, we are a small training group located in Iasi, Romania, aiming to study the martial art of Bujinkan Ninjutsu as teach by Soke Masaaki Hatsumi of Bujinkan organization.
Our training is hosted by C.S.S. Unirea
Iasi training hall (Iasi - Romania), twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday between 18:00
